Return/Exchange Policy

We, unfortunately, do not do cash refunds with stock purchased instore or  “pre-ordered” items.

Online items can be exchanged for same value  voucher/credit note  - unless it’s an quality issue from our side.

Clients are welcome to exchange or swop products for another size or product to the same value or we will happily give the client a credit note/voucher to use at another time – gift vouchers won’t have an expiry date.

Our policy lasts 30 days for the above mentioned. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or swop.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

For hygienic purposes, Bodysuits/Swimwear/Hair Accessories/Accessories cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please be sure to choose the correct size/item. If you are unsure please don’t hesitate to contact us.

To be eligible for an exchange or swop, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once the item you want to exchange has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or voucher.



A refund will only be processed if the product was faulty (example – damaged or not the item the client ordered), and a credit will automatically be applied to the client’s original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Refunds will only happen within the first 14 days after delivery and refund will be paid within 7 days of delivery at Pretpakkie Studio.


Client will have to cover the cost of return postage.

Store credit will be equal to the amount of the item returned minus return postage cost - Postage/Courier costs cannot be returned/refunded.
