At Pretpakkie Clothing, we strive to provide quality garments and excellent customer service. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

By completing a purchase with Pretpakkie Clothing, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Made-to-Order Items

Most Pretpakkie Clothing items are made to order. Production begins once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our garments:

  • We do not offer refunds on custom-made or made-to-order items.
  • We do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for checking all measurements, sizing, colours, and order details carefully before checkout.
  • Any alterations, customisations, or changes requested by the client may affect return eligibility.

If there is a manufacturing fault or error from our side, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.


2. Ready-to-Wear & In-Stock Items

Selected ready-to-wear or in-stock items may qualify for return approval.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Pretpakkie Clothing reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Made-to-order garments
  • Custom-sized garments
  • Altered garments
  • Sale items
  • Discounted items
  • Promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, stained, damaged, or perfumed items

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

Clients may use their preferred courier service to return approved items.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service, as Pretpakkie Clothing cannot be held responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Return Instructions

Please include your:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Contact number
  • Reason for return

inside the parcel.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved depending on stock availability.

If an exchange is approved:

  • Customers remain responsible for all courier costs.
  • Replacement production or delivery timelines may apply.
  • Exchange requests are only processed once the original item has been received and inspected.

Pretpakkie Clothing cannot guarantee immediate stock availability for exchanges.


7. Store Credit & Exchanges

Pretpakkie Clothing does not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns may qualify for:

  • A product exchange; or
  • Store credit issued in the form of a voucher or online credit.

Store credit and exchanges are only processed once:

  • The return has been approved by Pretpakkie Clothing; and
  • The returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Store credit is valid for future purchases only.
  • Courier fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers remain responsible for all return and exchange courier costs.
  • Store credit or exchanges may be declined if returned items do not meet our return conditions.

Pretpakkie Clothing reserves the right to refuse exchanges or store credit requests that fall outside of our policy terms.


8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • A detailed description of the problem

Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

Pretpakkie Clothing reserves the right to repair, replace, exchange, or refund faulty items at our discretion.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled once production has started.

If a cancellation request is approved before production begins:

  • An administration and processing fee may apply.
  • Payment gateway or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

10. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details submitted at checkout are correct.

Pretpakkie Clothing cannot be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses supplied by customers
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Delays caused by courier companies
  • Parcels delayed due to public holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
